Yes — groups of 3 or more receive a discount based on the current pricing tier. Check current group rates in the Team Tickets tab above. Individual tickets within a group booking can't be refunded but can be transferred to someone else.

Yes — available for full-time students with a valid student ID for the duration of the event. Select the student ticket on our Ticket Shop and present your ID at check-in.

Yes — a VAT-compliant invoice is generated automatically after purchase and sent to your email.

No. German VAT (19%) applies regardless of your company's location or VAT status. Conference attendance is treated as a supply of services connected to immovable property under EU VAT rules, taxable where the property is located — in this case, Germany. The reverse-charge procedure does not apply, so 19% VAT is correctly charged on every invoice.

Yes, via pay-by-invoice — available for orders of 4 or more tickets due to the manual verification process involved. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive vouchers to redeem your tickets. Contact global@droidcon.de with your billing address and PO number (if applicable) to set this up.

Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event, minus a €20 processing fee. After that date, tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a colleague.

Yes  — ticket transfers are free up until registration check-in. Simply update the attendee details using the link provided in your ticket confirmation email.

Yes — we provide invitation letters for visa applications. Request one via this form after purchasing your ticket. Allow 5 business days for processing.

Yes — downloadable from your ticket account after the event, provided you completed on-site check-in.

Yes — all sessions are recorded and published on our YouTube channel after the conference.
