Opening Up Open Source

In this talk we'll explore how to build and run a sustainable open source project. We'll cover building and releasing your work to encourage contributors. We'll look at how to build a great community around your project to help it grow. Finally we'll look at how to make the project sustainable, get funding and avoid the dreaded open source burnout! This talk is based upon running Vapor, the most popular framework for Swift on the server that attracts hundreds of contributions, but applies to any open source project.
