Shilpa Bansal is a Staff iOS Engineer at Delivery Hero, one of the world’s largest food delivery platforms. She has over 14 years of software development experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from India. Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide range of companies, from global enterprises like Walmart, Bank of America, and EA Games, to fast-paced startups, giving her a unique blend of large-scale systems expertise and agile product innovation.

At Delivery Hero, she focuses on performance, observability, and architecture improvements for Rider apps used across 70+ countries. She is an active contributor in mobile engineering leadership, shaping best practices, and driving cross-platform collaboration across multiple teams and brands.

Outside of work, she has a keen interest in developer communities and knowledge sharing, and is excited about contributing to the iOS ecosystem through talks, workshops, and mentoring the next generation of mobile engineers.
