As a Staff iOS Engineer, I now find myself actively contributing to backend and Android codebases, building design prototypes, and writing product briefs. New activities that would have felt outside of my role just a few months ago.

In this talk, I’ll share lessons from navigating this shift. We’ll look at how mobile, backend, design, and product are converging and what strengths Swift developers can bring with them into this new world. Building great apps always required much more than coding.
