You're Not Alone, Kid: Indie Apps and AI Teammates

Unconference-Rountable

Building an indie app means doing the work of a tiny company: coding, releases, subscriptions, screenshots, store metadata, ASO, ads, support, and CI. In 2026, AI can help with a lot of that, but only when it is connected to real workflows, reviewable outputs, and human judgment. Where that connection holds and where it quietly breaks is what this roundtable is about.

Together we will map what it actually takes to turn a scattered side project into a repeatable shipping system. Everyone arrives with a different answer, and the disagreements are the useful part.

I will bring what shipping Peakme taught me, including the parts that did not work, as a starting point. The rest comes from the circle. Whatever you ship, on whatever platform, the shape of the problem is the same.
