Automating Mobile QA with Cloud Agents

Modern mobile QA can move beyond scripts and CI pipelines into autonomous, cloud-executed agents. Traditional QA approaches struggle with flakiness, limited coverage, slow feedback loops, and not leveraging powerful mechanisms such as React Native's split between JS and native bundles. Teams need more reliable, automated ways to validate real user flows before code reaches production. Agent-based QA provides a scalable way to continuously verify app behavior on real devices and reduce risk in fast-moving codebases. This talk shows how to design and operate QA agents that run against real iOS and Android devices hosted remotely. We’ll cover the architecture of a reliable agent, connecting Linux-based infrastructure to mobile devices running on macOS, and integrating outputs like screenshots, recordings, and logs directly into pull requests.

React Native at Scale: Real Decisions, Trade-offs, and Hard Lessons

Every company runs React Native differently. Some rewrote an application from scratch, others integrated it in a brownfield scenario. Some tried other cross-platform solutions first and migrated to React Native, or vice versa. In this panel we bring together engineering leaders from companies running React Native at scale: millions of users, complex use cases, and real-world constraints. We'll dive into the decisions that actually mattered when shipping in production. How did React Native land in the organization in the first place? What did the first twelve months look like? What did they migrate to, or from, and why? And what would each team do differently today? This is the panel where the polished conference talks meet the production trade-offs nobody blogs about.
