I've led teams and built products used by millions and spent all of my career learning — often the hard way — what it actually takes to scale engineering teams and lead people. I'm still learning and would love for others to also learn from my mistakes and capitalise on my wins fuelled by this sincere and hopefully practical talk.
I'll try to interactively showcase how to make better leadership decisions, scale teams, hire effectively, give meaningful feedback, execute strategy, and turn failures into practical lessons.
