Stability, Performance and Optimization in (Unity) Mobile Games

Building a great mobile game is hard—keeping it stable, fast, and scalable throughout its lifecycle is another challenge entirely. In this Unity-focused session, we’ll share practical strategies across three key areas:

Profiling & Optimization: Use Unity’s CPU, GPU, and Memory Profilers alongside native tools to enforce FPS budgets and manage assets effectively with Addressables.

Technical Health: Discover why proactive maintenance — like staying ahead of engine and Gradle dependencies — is crucial. We'll discuss balancing technical debt with feature development to prevent future dependency nightmares.

Monitoring & Response: Track real-world crashes and ANRs using Crashlytics custom logs and Google Play Console. We’ll also introduce our “geo release” strategy: a targeted, low-risk Android rollout for validating risky SDK updates before launching globally.

Developers will leave with actionable processes for delivering consistently smooth mobile experiences.
