As EU regulations tighten, respecting user privacy is more crucial than ever. The EU Age Verification reference app demonstrates privacy-preserving age checks on mobile platforms. This talk explores how developers can leverage EU Digital Identity project libraries to integrate age verification that complies with the Digital Services Act, while minimizing data exposure. Attendees will learn about the modular, standards-based framework which is available as open source. EUDI libraries allow to securely request, store and present user credentials. The solution offers seamless integration with age-restricted online services.
