From Phone to Vehicle: Bringing Your Android App to the Car with HARMAN Ready Link Marketplace
Session
Your Android app already reaches millions of users on their phones, and the next opportunity is the car. But bringing a mobile experience into the vehicle is more than another screen adaptation. Automotive-grade UX and safety requirements, certification processes, and OEM-specific ecosystems can make it difficult for developers to scale beyond individual integrations.
In this keynote, HARMAN will show how Ready Link Marketplace helps Android app providers bring their experiences into the car through a Marketplace built for automotive distribution. They will learn how the Marketplace creates value through greater reach across OEM programs, stronger discoverability inside app ecosystems, and extended monetization opportunities.
The session will also highlight what it takes to adapt a mobile Android app for Android Automotive, prepare it for Marketplace onboarding, and move toward certification and deployment without having to start from scratch for every automaker.
