He focuses on applied generative AI in coding and software development, including AI in the SDLC, integration with AI in business transformation, and forward-looking trends in AI. His background is in data engineering, software engineering, and DevOps.
Prior to his current role at Google, Jason held various roles in technical leadership and management, including serving as a practice director for a regional consultancy.

This session details an architecture that balances execution: running lightweight models on client hardware for speed and privacy, while offloading complex reasoning to cloud infrastructure. We will show how you can architect a pipeline that runs from device to cloud, and uses online and offline analysis to create durable memories that AI can use. We will also show how AI coding tools help design these systems.
