How does the Android Development Experience look like from an outsider's perspective? Developers who have worked with Android for years may have forgotten the ups and downs of Android Development compared to iOS. But as someone who recently worked on an Android project inside the company while being a full time iOS Dev I wanna shed some light on these aspects.

With SwiftUI and Compose, the 2 worlds are said to be quite similar. But is this really the case? In this talk I'll talk about my experience switching to Android on short notice and highlight what was great, what wasn't and if I left behind my iOS journey to become a full time Android Developer.
